Well hello there! Happy New Year and all that jazz! I have been super busy preparing for what I think will be a very busy year! We have been trying not to melt over here in WA!

So please take into consideration that your orders could take much longer during a SALE. I have however limited the number of fabrics that can be ordered for each fabric type in attempt to keep the wait times down, and have removed the ability for you to order fabrics that I can only get from overseas, as they are just not that readily available to us yet (and very very very expensive to get here as USPS are still not sending to Australia)

Do you want to build up your collection of DMC rather than having to buy all at once? Do you want to receive random DMC in the mail once per month?
The way this works is you choose the amount of DMC you would like to receive each month (billed on the 15th of each month) and I will send you a completely random selection. I will keep track of what I have sent you in the past so we can avoid getting the same colour so you end up with a good selection of DMC.

Don’t Panic! The Website does look different as I had to do something about the errors we kept getting with every update. So we changed the Theme! After years of having issues with the fabric stock management (it literally took hours to do manually and wasn’t worth the time) I have now found a much easier solution.
So now when you go to order Hand Dyed Fabrics, you will only be able to add to cart any hand dyed colour where the fabric type is physically in stock. You won’t be able to add any to cart if the fabric is out of stock. This will mean you will have to select each fabric type until you find one you may like that is in stock if your preferred fabric is currently out of stock.
The stock will change weekly so keep an eye on it if you have an absolute favourite fabric type. This will help me immensely to get caught up with the fabrics and it will eliminate the length of wait time on certain fabrics as the orders will stop for that fabric type, meaning that fabric type will come back into stock sooner rather than later, and will get your order out quicker as you will only be able to purchase fabrics that are in stock.
Please note that this will not apply to custom size fabrics and fabric ordered for Mirabilia/Chatelaine ect. Please continue to check the Weekly Fabric Update page for those so you are aware of what is in and out of stock. I will not make any fabrics available until all orders for that fabric have been completed. With the uncertainties of stock flow into the suppliers warehouse this is the best course of action to take.

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and without our beloved customers we just couldn’t still be here doing what we do. WE ARE STILL RECEIVING REGULAR FABRIC SHIPMENTS, UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL FABRICS ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES DUE TO FABRICS NOW COMING FROM GERMANY VIA SHIPPING CONTAINER INSTEAD OF PLANES. THIS WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL AS SOON AS THE WORLD OPENS UP AGAIN AND WE HAVE SLAIN COVID!
NEW CHANGES COMING TO 2021 REGARDING ORDERS:
– No Changes will be made to any website orders once received.
- If you would like to add general products to orders (DMC etc) and the fabric you are waiting on has a wait time on it, the order will only be sent once the fabric is complete. I will no longer split orders. If you would like the general products ahead of the fabric please make 2 separate orders.
- Once order is received by us it is final. No refunds will be given for any fabric orders if fabric is out of stock for a long time due to no fault of our own (Supply issues due to Covid), store credit will be issued instead. We are unable to control the stock we receive due to Covid until the worlds borders open up, so please be aware of the wait times on fabrics before ordering.
- I will not allow additional products to be added to paid website orders. Once it is received by us it is final. Please create another order if you forgot something. Adding additional items creates a lot of work for us and puts our stock count out if we forget to take it out of stock, the website does this automatically for us.
- If an item (such as DMC or other general item NOT including fabric) you ordered is out of stock due to a website miscount/human error, it will be refunded rather than placed as a backorder.
- We now are directly connected with Australia Post, if you have the app on your phone, you will receive the tracking number via the app and your email or mobile number as soon as the shipping label is processed. (Aussie customers only) You will also receive the completed order email from the website with the tracking number recorded (this could go to your junk mail folder)
